  1. A comprehensive initial intake allows me to listen to your health concerns and understand your goals. We also discuss past therapies and medications you might be taking.
  2. A focused physical exam and a look at your past blood work allows me to look for clues that might contribute to your mood concerns.
  3. A personalized treatment plan using natural, evidence-based therapies including nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine, acupuncture and a "food for mood" diet. The goals is to re-set your hormone and neurotransmitter balance while harmonizing your mind.

Acupuncture is a powerful tool in harmonizing the mind, bringing balance to systems in your body that are imbalanced by depression, anxiety and stress. A specific set of points, based on your symptom picture, are chosen for optimal healing.

By moving Qi (energy), your nervous system calms down and your brain uses it's own resources to heal itself and realign the mind.

Not a fan of needles?
Not a problem. I can use acupressure to gently stimulate various points on your body while you relax.
