Bengal Spice tea. It is just too good for words, reminds me of chai tea but is naturally caffeine free! I like this tea because I enjoy baking and the smell of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla always give me a warm comforted feeling of being in the kitchen making a delicious treat. Tea is naturally warming, but the spices in this blend helps to warm up the body in a constitutional way. The cooler autumn weather rolling in makes this tea a perfect choice for the season.
